Negative calorie diet

The following list contains examples of fat burning foods that make up part of the negative calorie diet.

Apple, Banana, Cantaloupe, Grapefruit, Kiwi, Mango, Nectarine, Orange, Papaya, Peach, Pear, Pineapple, Plum, Raspberries, Strawberries, Tangerine, Lemon and Lime Juice, Artichokes, Asparagus, Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, Cabbage, Carrots, Cauliflower, Celery, Collards, Cucumber, Eggplant, Green Beans, Kale, Leeks, Lettuce, Mushrooms, Onions,Peppers, Radishes, Spinach, Squash, Swiss Chard, Tomatoes and Zucchini.

The fore mentioned foods are all fat burning foods. Eat them in generous portions. It’s good to feel full from these foods! That’s the kind of full your body Will respond to by burning fat. Remember the healthy benefits of these foods will be lost if you douse them in butter, margarine, or fatty salad dressings. Any of these foods will not only give you a healthy dose of vitamins, minerals and fiber, they will also make you slimmer.

That is right! If you eat any of these foods you will actually burn fat.


GM Diet

Day 1:

All Fruits and Juices, Eat as much as you can , but avoid BANANAS
Did you know : Day 1 helps you to get rid of your 0.5kg.  to 1kg. of  your  weight.

Day 2:

Vegetables & Vegetables Soup. Vegetables may be boiled or can be taken raw with little salt & pepper.

Did you know :Raw food include all the nutritive contents  that is needed by the human body. 

Day 3:

You can have  Fruits , Vegetables & Vegetable Soups.

Did you Know : Fruits & Fruit juices help our body to get rid of maximum toxins that are formed in our body itself.

Day 4:

8 Bananas & 4 glasses of milk. It is likely that you may not be able to consume all the bananas.

Did you Know : Bananas are the only fruits which contain readily available glucose required for our body.

Day 5:

Have 4 red tomatoes & sprouts.

Did you know :Sprouts are full of  proteins. Tomatoes help in supplying the calcium content. 

Day 6:

1 Big Boiled Potato with a pat of butter & Soup made up of Sprouts.

Did you Know : The best form of potatoes to be consumed are BOILED POTATOES. Never try the Fried version of it.

Day 7:

Baked or Boiled Vegetables and Red Polished Rice .
Did you Know :SUGAR adds to your weight .

Drink lots of water throughout. Tea or coffee may taken but without sugar


Cabbage soup diet

Cabbage Soup Recipe

  • 6 large green onions
  • 2 green chillies
  • 3 or 4 of tomatoes (diced or whole)
  • 3 Carrots
  • Some Mushrooms
  • 1 bunch of celery
  • half a head of cabbage
  • Season to taste with salt, pepper, parsley, curry, garlic, etc.

Directions:

Slice green onions, put in a pot and start to saute with 1 / 2 drops of cooking oil.

Cut green chilli stem end off and cut in half and add to pot.

Take the outer leafs layers off the cabbage, cut into bite size pieces, add to pot.

Clean carrots, cut into bite size pieces, and add to pot.

Slice mushrooms into thick slices, add to pot.

If you would like a spicy soup, add a small amount of garlic or pepper now.

Use about 12 cups of water, cover and put heat on low. Let soup cook for a long time – two hours works well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Bloggers note: a good multivitamin tablet should be had along with this every day for 7 days.


Pineapple diet

During the pineapple diet you only eat or drink pineapple or pineapple juice. Two kilos of pineapple have approx.. 1000 kcal. It is a very one-sided nutrition, leads however to rapid decrease in weight at the beginning particularly by much loss of water.  

Pineapples contain enzymes. Enzymes were struggling with fat and improve the workings of stomach.

Bloggers note: Sounds tough… just pineapple!!! i do happen to like pineapple actually but all day is bit much. Maybe can combine with grape fruit as well?


The liquid diet

7 Day Detox Diet Instructions

Day 1
On Day 1 drink only juice made from equal parts of apples and celery.
This is said to benefit the liver, kidneys and intestines.

Day 2
On Day two drink juice made from only pineapple. This is helpful for inflammation,allergies, arthritis, edema, and hemorrhoids. Also cleanses the small intestine.

Day 3
Drink just lemon juice and water. This will detoxify and cleanse the liver.
Add the fresh juice of 1/2 lemon for each cup of water.

Day 4
Drink just carrot juice. This will benefit the liver, lungs, kidneys, and eyes.
Day 5
Drink only beet juice. This will remove toxins from the liver into the bloodstream. It is also specifically helpful for arthritis and menstrual problems.

Day 6
Any Green Juices.
Believed to be helpful for circulation, skin, digestive problems, obesity, bad breath. Also will flush out toxins. Use anything that is green!

Day 7
Only distilled water, will cleanse the entire system.
